While we do not offer refunds, we provide the following transfer options:

Tickets may be transferred to another class within 60 days of the scheduled event

Transfers are limited to classes of equal or lesser value

No monetary refunds will be provided for transfers to lower-priced events

In the event that we cancel a class:

You will be offered a transfer to another available class

The 60-day transfer window will be extended if necessary

If no suitable alternative is available, we may, at our discretion, issue a credit for future use

If severe weather conditions prevent safe travel to our location:

5. Gift Certificates and Promotional Tickets

Gift certificates and promotional tickets follow the same no-refund policy
